Welcome to Qupee (“App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the Qupee application and its features. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions described in this Agreement.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements.
You agree to use the App in a responsible and respectful manner. You will not:
• Use the App for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Post or share content that is hateful, threatening, or sexually explicit
• Interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the App
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or hack the App
The App provides interactive conversations with fictional AI characters, each with a unique story, background, and personality. These characters are not real individuals and are purely digital creations.
You understand and agree that:
• All dialogues with AI characters are simulated and generated by artificial intelligence.
• Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental.
• AI responses are generated based on algorithms and should not be interpreted as professional, legal, or medical advice.
You may:
• Select different chat backgrounds while interacting with characters
• Choose from recommended topics to explore more aspects of each character's story
Any customization options provided are for personal use only and may not be used for commercial or unlawful purposes.
You may create or submit content during your use of the App. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process this content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App.
You are solely responsible for any content you create or upload.
All elements of the App—including AI characters, stories, artwork, code, and design—are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our written permission.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the App, you consent to the practices outlined in the Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if you violate this Agreement or use the App in a harmful or unlawful way.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
We may update or modify this Agreement from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting the revised version within the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
